Lord, I long to be better. I long to be more like you and less like me. I want to be more patient and less fractious. I long to be more caring and less selfish. I want to do more good and less bad. I hope to be more wise and less foolish. I long to be more disciplined and less disorganised and lazy. I know I can only do these things through you in my life. Therefore, I look to you and ask for your help in all things. Amen.
