Sometimes the world around you just doesn’t care. They won’t notice the struggles that you face. Even those closest to you won’t see behind your faltering smile, they won’t dig behind your weary words and it feels like they turn their backs when you need them most. Sometimes it feels like you are on your own, facing the darkness or the battle single-handedly. However, you are not alone, you are never alone. There is someone who walks beside you, no matter what. When others leave you lying in the gutter and pass by on the other side He is there to pick you up, to dress your wounds and to hold you close. God is always there for you, He will never leave you. He understands and sees behind any mask you choose to wear. Turn to Him and let Him show you just how much he cares.
