He Is There

Though the night is at its darkest
And through the fiercest storm
Whether I can feel His presence or not
I know that He is there

Though fear presses in on every side
And all seems completely hopeless
Whether I feel full of faith or not
I know that He is there

Though all seems lost
And I’m far from a safe haven
Whether I deserve it or not the
I know that He is there

Though every single thing is a struggle
And there feel like there is no release
Whether I acknowledge Him or not
I know that He is there

Though thunder roars and the earth trembles
Though all I do is wrong or fails
Whether I want Him to be or not
I know that He is there
