Love Yourself

We must love others as we love ourselves! However, to do this justice we must first love ourselves well. We don’t always find that easy, after all we know our own faults and failings, we know our thoughts and our hidden sins. We must remember though that God knows us better than we know ourselves. He knows all that we have done and all that we will do. He knows the pain we caused His son on the cross by our wrongdoings and He still loves us more than we will ever know. He thinks we are just great, so who are we to argue? He has forgiven us completely – we must forgive ourselves completely. He loves us unconditionally – we, too, must love ourselves well.
