Choose

Today, whatever happens, I choose to forgive;

I choose to love instead of hate;

I choose to show mercy instead of punishment;

I choose to build up instead of breaking down;

I choose to encourage instead of criticise;

I choose to care instead of harm;

I choose to show others Jesus in me, and not just me alone.

Lord, be with me in all things today and help me make the right choices in every situation.
