Judging

We are called to refrain from being judgemental but we are called to make wise judgements. The difference is this… being judgemental puts ourselves above the person we are judging, making wise judgements recognises that we are all in the same boat but that we can help one another.

Storms

Sometimes when the storms of life are ranging around us we have the faith, strength and courage to step out of the boat and walk on water. At other times when the waves are tossing us here, there and everywhere we just need to find a calm harbour, get out of the boat, return to
