When the snow comes where will you find Him?
Down with the homeless in the underpasses with soup and with blankets.
With the frightened and marginalised giving comfort and hope.
Next to the ones fearful of reprisals standing right by them.
Carrying the lonely and fighting for the voiceless.
When the storm comes where will you find Him?
Down with the anxious giving peace and reassurance.
With the disenfranchised just sitting and listening.
Next to the dying bringing dignity and hope for the future.
Carrying the depressed with empathy and understanding.
When the rain comes where will you find Him?
Down with the oppressed fighting for freedom.
With the unwanted and unloved showing them that’s not true
Next to the prisoner showing them true freedom
Carrying the helpless, the diseased and the hurting.
When the snow comes,
When the storm comes,
When the rain comes,
Where will He find us?
